Michael W. Gough

Mike has spent his entire career in healthcare. With over 40 years of executive leadership experience, he has spent the past 23 years at Norton Healthcare, where he is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  He previously served a as a board member of several not for profit organizations, including Heuser Hearing Institute, American Red Cross, Passport Health and One West.

Mike currently serves on the Community Foundation of Louisville as a board member, Finance Committee chair and member of the Executive Committee.
